Retirement BPaaS provides services to U.S based Third Party Administrators in managing day to day Recordkeeping operations and Year End Annual Administration & Reporting of Defined Contribution plans. Services are catered to FIS Retirement clients via FIS Retirement Products. What you will be doing Manages the day to day tasks of the Client Retirement Plan Analysts and oversees the creation and maintenance process of the of benefit plan language databases produced by the team.Core responsibility includes handling a Critical FIS Client for Form 5500 Project bringing expertise on the Domain. Plans, manages, and controls the activities of a team that creates and maintains employee benefits language databases for plans, e.g., 401(k), profit sharing, money purchase plans for clients, e.g., prototype plans, volume submitter plans, in compliance with current IRS’ plan requirements, reflecting current IRS as well as DOL-required language Develops, leads, manages and motivates staff. Monitors staff performance, works with Human Resources on issues and works with employees to implement goals and document progress Leads the development and implementation of mechanisms to convey and monitor the FIS control environment Administers budget. Manages schedules and performance standards. Participates in strategy and business plan development Other related duties assigned as needed.EDUCATION REQUIREMENTSBachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
